Refund Policy
General rule
KATAKA is a digital subscription service that combines phone call time, scheduling operations, and post-call reports. Refunds are reviewed based on usage, billing timing, cause of failure, and promotional terms.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing. The current billing period is not automatically prorated unless one of the refund conditions below applies.
First payment refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if no paid call has been completed and no paid report has been delivered.
If a paid call has been completed or a post-call report has been delivered, the billing period is considered used and refunds may be limited.
Renewal refund
You may request a refund for a renewal charge within 48 hours after renewal if no call minutes or reports from that renewed billing period have been used.
If a call has occurred or a report has been generated after renewal, the renewal charge is generally non-refundable, though you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
Service failures and billing errors
If a scheduled call is not delivered because of a KATAKA system issue, we will first offer a replacement call or service credit. If replacement is not reasonably practical, we will review a refund.
Confirmed duplicate charges, incorrect charge amounts, or cancellation processing errors will be refunded for the affected amount.
Refund limits
Refunds may be limited when you miss a scheduled call, provide an incorrect phone number, block incoming calls, or cannot receive the call because of device, carrier, or network settings.
Promotions, discounts, coupons, trials, and separately contracted plans are governed first by the terms shown at checkout or in the applicable offer.
How to request
When requesting a refund, include your account email, billing date, receipt or transaction identifier, and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. They usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, but timing may vary by payment provider or financial institution.
